Challenges
Catalog chaos: lost configurations, broken variant pricing, and clunky mobile PDPs. The store needed to be back online fast: relaunch a core set of SKUs, and establish a clean structure the team could grow without rework.
Solutions
We started with a week-one triage (10–15 hours): audited theme/apps, fixed the product + collection structure, rebuilt variant logic and pricing, and introduced a consistent metafields schema. On the front end, we redesigned PDPs, so swatches and size selectors reliably drive the correct images, price, and availability, added a cleaner gallery with zoom, and made layouts truly mobile-first.
We reorganized products to improve UX by introducing featured collections on the homepage, streamlining collection pages for easier browsing, and updating product detail pages for clarity.
Behind the scenes, we reviewed unused apps, tightening performance and adding Product schema to strengthen search visibility. Work ran hourly with weekly progress updates, no long-term lock-in.
Results
Selling resumed with accurate options, correct pricing, and a faster path to cart. PDPs feel clear and quick on mobile; image swaps track selections flawlessly. Clean data cut SKU add time, and the client can maintain the catalog without dev hand-holding. With SEO enabled, tracking is reliable and the site is crawl-ready for growth.
