TeleWorld Solutions (TWS), acquired by Samsung Electronics in January 2020 to accelerate its 5G network expansion in the U.S., faced challenges with their existing website (https://teleworldsolutions.com/). The primary issue was that the messaging didn’t fully reflect TWS’s role as a premier engineering services firm delivering custom wireless network solutions to telecom operators, enterprises, and government agencies, limiting its impact with prospective clients and partners. Organizing their wide range of service offerings, solutions, and technologies into a cohesive and user-navigable website structure was a key challenge.

Structuring and presenting Teleworld's diverse service offerings, solutions, and underlying technologies on the new website in a clear and user-friendly manner became the focus of the redesign efforts. Through collaborative discussions and planning, our team worked closely with the client's leadership to define logical menu categories, refine terminology, and ensure the website's information architecture effectively communicated their value proposition to their target audience. This process involved understanding their various offerings and aligning them with intuitive navigation to enhance user experience and improve overall site clarity.
We rebuilt TeleWorld Solutions’ website to be easier to use and more effective at explaining what they do. Their team can now update content quickly with a user-friendly CMS, and the site clearly communicates their services, from 5G network design and deployment to staffing and managed services. We structured the content so different audiences can quickly find what’s relevant to them.
