Building a Modern Website for a Dallas Staffing and Executive Search Firm

Challenge
After more than 20 years in staffing, Laurie Sutherlin launched TEAL Staffing with a simple idea: quality matters more than quantity. It is not a secret that many companies have had disappointing experiences with recruiters and assume all staffing firms work the same way.
TEAL needed a website that would explain its approach and give hiring managers a reason to take a closer look. The site had to speak to HR leaders, technology managers, finance teams, and executives looking for help with contract staffing, direct hire, executive search, and hard-to-fill positions.
Solution
We built a custom WordPress website around the problems hiring managers deal with every day:

- Slow hiring cycles
- Difficulty finding specialized talent

Instead of talking about "full-service staffing," we focused on what TEAL actually does.
The website highlights TEAL's work in technology recruiting, cybersecurity recruiting, accounting and finance recruiting, executive search, and fractional leadership. It explains the recruiting process, showcases the firm's areas of expertise, and gives visitors a better understanding of how TEAL approaches candidate screening and selection.
Results
Before launching TEAL Staffing, Laurie already had relationships and referrals, and what she needed was a website that reflected the company she had spent two decades building.
Today, hiring managers can learn about TEAL before picking up the phone. Instead of relying entirely on LinkedIn and personal introductions, the company now has a place to explain its services, industries, and recruiting philosophy.

The goal was to create a website that felt authentic to TEAL Staffing and reflected the relationships and reputation Laurie had spent decades building. We did that.
