Turning a basic template site into a credible ethics reporting platform

Challenge
Confidentell provides organizations with a secure way to report fraud, workplace misconduct, and ethics violations anonymously. However, the company's original website was built on GoDaddy using a basic template and did not clearly communicate the value of the service.
For a platform dealing with sensitive topics like fraud reporting and workplace misconduct, credibility and clarity are essential.
- The existing site lacked structure, clear messaging, and strong calls to action.
- It also had very little visibility in search and was not positioned to compete with established ethics hotline providers.
The goal was to replace the template site with a professional digital presence that clearly explains the service, establishes trust, and makes it easy for organizations to understand how Confidentell works.
Solution
We rebuilt the website from the ground up on WordPress as a focused one-page site designed to clearly communicate the platform's purpose and value.
The new structure walks visitors through the service step by step --- explaining
- how anonymous reporting works,
- what types of incidents can be reported,
- and how organizations can implement the system.
We integrated video content, added a structured FAQ section, and created stronger calls to action to guide visitors toward learning more or getting started.
We also refined the messaging to highlight Confidentell's key advantage: providing a reliable ethics reporting solution at a lower cost than many traditional providers.
Finally, we structured the page so search engines can properly index the content and begin building visibility for keywords related to
