Challenge

Paragon was transitioning from a B2C healthcare model to a B2B post-acute care provider, but their digital presence hadn’t caught up. An old B2C website was still indexing in search and showing the business as "permanently closed" creating confusion and credibility issues.

At the same time, the active B2B site wasn’t clearly communicating Paragon’s expertise in physiatry, pain management, and addiction medicine, nor did it establish the level of authority required to sell into post-acute care facilities. The message was buried, the positioning was unclear, and trust signals were weak.

Solution

We took a phased, strategic approach focused on clarity, authority, and speed to impact.

Phase one centered on resolving the retired B2C site through a proper redirect and inquiry solution preserving search value while eliminating confusion. We then reworked the B2B homepage to immediately establish Paragon as a specialized post-acute care partner clearly naming their three core disciplines and introducing the Paragon Advantage as a differentiating framework.

We designed a dedicated Paragon Advantage experience and folded in individual expertise pages for physiatry, pain management, and addiction medicine. Brand updates were applied globally to create a cohesive, modern look, and all key pages were designed in Figma first to ensure alignment before development.

Results

Paragon now has a clear, credible B2B presence that aligns with how post-acute partners evaluate providers. Search confusion caused by the old B2C site was addressed, authority was strengthened, and the website now clearly communicates who Paragon serves, what they specialize in, and why they’re different.

Most importantly, the site now supports Paragon’s business pivot positioning them as a serious, trustworthy post-acute care partner and laying the foundation for future thought leadership, SEO growth, and advanced partner tools.
