At Cadien Cyber Response, you require a brand new site to create a strong online presence to help increase your organization's credibility.  You are also looking for help with finalizing the logo and creating brand guidelines: establishing who you are, what you stand for, sets you apart from your competitors and increases the chances of your customers buying from you.

From our review of one of your competitors' sites, we concluded that your website will most likely follow this same site structure as theirs, at least to get you started and meet your December 2022 deadline. 

Big or small, a professional website requires quality content that helps to engage the audience; if users find your content valuable, they are more likely to share it.  

Once your organization is online, and your new website is SEO-optimized, you want to show up in Google search results.  Building and consistently increasing organic traffic allows you to drastically increase your customer base.

  • Have a state-of-the-art CMS (WordPress) to allow your staff to quickly create and update content to keep potential clients informed of current Cadien Cyber Response activity and nurture relationships with existing clients. 
  • Have just a bare minimum of plugins to minimize a risk of security breaches, site crashes, and slow loading speeds.
  • Allow you to promote your brand to organic audiences of customers via search engines, share information in an effective way, inform and educate your customer base and position your brand as an industry leader as well as leverage digital advertising to boost lead generation.
  • Facilitate integrations with external software (where needed)

One of the key components of this project success, as stated above, is implementing a user-friendly CMS (WordPress) that allows for non-technical team members to manage content and tasks related to (but not limited to) services, operations, finance/accounting, and marketing including social media.

04. Execution Timeline

Completion timeframe for this project is approximately 4-5 weeks from mockup approval and delivery of content and is heavily dependent on the timely content delivery.

Disclaimer: The timeline is an estimate based on our experience with similar website development projects. While we strive to accurately estimate project timelines in every proposal, we reserve the right to move delivery dates in response to unforeseen delays or changes to project requirements.

05. Project Cost

The table below details the costs associated with the website design, development, content writing, brand identity and SEO project. Web Loft Designs guarantees that proposed work will be completed within the proposed budget, at a fixed cost, with the following terms:

  • Additional functionality and design templates as well as content installation on additional pages not within the original intent of the proposal will be available as an add-on.
  • While estimated to the best of our ability, integration with 3rd party applications may be billed based on time and materials basis unless we have been provided with developer documentation prior to creating this proposal.
  • The Web Loft Designs’ Project Manager must notify client prior to any additional billable work. Updates of project status will be provided on weekly basis.
  • When possible, we try to maintain consistency on the team assigned to your project to maximize efficiency and continuity of work and to provide faster results. As such, we require timely payment of invoices to avoid delays and stoppages in work and re-assignment of resources.
  • Final payment is due upon delivery of the developed website in the development environment, and completion of installation of content that we received from you by the time of project delivery.

Invoices payable via credit card, ACH, Zelle, PayPal, or wire transfer, will be sent to Cadien Cyber Response and are due according to the schedule below. In the state of Texas website design and development is considered to be data processing, so a 6.6% sales tax will be added to the invoice for our Texas customers.

09. Acceptance of Proposal

To proceed with this project, Cadien Cyber Response is required to take the following steps:

1. Accept the proposal as is by signing below and agreeing to our Standard Terms or discuss desired changes. Please note that changes to the scope of the project can be made at any time, but additional charges may apply.

2. Submit initial payment of 50% of total project fee.

Once these steps have been completed we will begin the project with an introduction of all relevant people and begin the discovery process.
