Central States Thermo King Case Study

Posted - May 2, 2022

As part of Thermo King’s unmatched nationwide dealer network, CSTK provides expert factory-trained service when and where customers need it.  CSTK also carries a complete line of genuine and competitive parts. The vast trucking knowledge that CSTK has allows them to offer truck upgrades and truck equipment for heavy duty work. This dynamic leader in the industry sells, rents, and repairs construction equipment and livestock trailers.

Before CSTK began working with Web Loft Designs they had two websites, the CSTK website and ColdtainerUSA product website. Both of the websites failed to generate any leads or even any traffic. It was obvious that CSTK needed to find a reliable digital partner to help them get traffic and raise conversion rates.

Web Loft Designs Solutions

CSTK contracted with Web Loft Designs with a deal to create two brand new websites with additional landing pages. Each site was equipped with unique custom features such as inventory management. Both sites were built on the WordPress CMS platform which allows admins to have full control over the content of the site without having to have any coding knowledge. In addition to the two websites we received a full SEO review.

The Results

From the client:

“We could not be happier with our new Websites and the support we received throughout the process. The sites represent our brands beautifully and we are getting leads every day. The communication with Web Loft throughout the process was fantastic. More traffic. More leads. More brand awareness. And all under a very easy to use content management system.”

What CSTK Had to Say

“I recommend Web Loft Designs without hesitation. Marina, Paul, and the whole team are top-of-the-line. Their professionalism, attention to the client, and great communication made the process a joy. The best thing I can say about Web Loft is that we trust them with our business. We’ve used them for additional work since our initial project, and we will continue to use them in the future.”
